Awesome customer service and really great tool for project management

The program works really well for us. We have completely imersed our processes into it and it has changed the way we do business. The support team is outstanding, and always there to help when we need them. Also, the development team is forever improving the system based on the feedback and suggestions given. Outstanding work!

Rewind 4 years back, I was a skeptic. I had tried all the other "trials" but nothing fit just right. Being a Design-Build firm, there are so many moving parts, finding a program that worked well was becoming frustrating. We had always seen CoConsturct and just felt the investment was too much, we were wrong. CoConstuct is literally our lifeline and our central hub for literally everything we do. No more double entries!! Onboarding may appear daunting but honestly, you are never finished. You simply can't keep up because the CC team is ALWAYS pushing out new features and updates. Seriously, always. If a part of the program isn't working to the best of its ability, they already know about it. Odds are, they are going to have resolved in the next round of updates. Their customer support is hands down the easiest to work with. You are literally on the phone with a real human, who speaks fluid English, knows their product, and eager to help you navigate through whatever obsitcal; in a matter of seconds. The program allows us to maintain our margins while providing enough transparency for clients to make informed decisions. The management team sincerely wants to understand your needs and will move mountains to ensure your up and running smoothly-- shout out to Spencer! All in all, the investment is worth it and we highly recommend it.

CoConstruct has been such a help to our company in keeping all the information in one place so the management, field personnel and the clients all have access to the same specs, photos, and discussion threads. The clients love the pictures and weekly updates we post, especially since many of our clients live out of the area. The 360 degree photos have proved to be invaluable in finding buried outlets and other issues that arise. As the project manager, I find that issuing purchase orders is a snap when I have my estimate data entered the way I want it to appear on the PO. Specification changes and Change Orders are a much improved process over the old way of doing things, and everything is logged for reference. The CoConstruct team is excellent; well-trained, responsive, collaborative and engaged. Love them!

CoConstruct has helped our young business as a Residential Home Builder and General Contractor immensely! Through the user friendly systems we have been able to organize everything from customer and subcontractor interface to tracking costs and change orders. Before we had CoConstruct, we had the opportunity to secure three contracts with investors. We decided to sign up in order to have a professional platform in which to present our proposals and we secured not only those specific jobs, but also developed a good enough relationship to guarantee future work with these investors. The staff have also been very helpful in making the software work and helping us get the most out of the software. It's not just a purchase it and they ignore you company. They've been really responsive to questions and are constantly updating the software with useful features.
