cocokind.comReviews of cocokind.com

Terrible company and very dishonest. You can’t reach them no phone number. They only have an email that goes unanswered. Been trying to return an order because it arrived damaged. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have used Cocokind for years and loved it. Recently I made an order and the default address had changed. I immediatly tried to fix the address and couldn't. There was no way online to cancel the order or change it. There is no phone number to call. So I sent a message immediately. They didn't get back to me until the order was fulfilled. I still don't have my product and they won't do anything to help me. I'm very disappointed with them and will be finding someplace else that cares about their customers satisfaction. If they just tried I would have been fine.
