Not bad, but a bit too much like school
I realise this was an introductory lesson but it felt a bit rushed and a bit scripted. Overall the concepts were interesting and the instructor did a good job to keep the kids engaged. The concept of the game that the kids created was not really covered and getting to the end of the session seemed the primary goal. Unfortunately a bit too like school and not enough like an exciting new hobby. Also a lot of parent involvement needed to get through the lesson, maybe a function of my kid only being 7, so I might consider something similar when they’re a bit older.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. While our primary goal is educating children, we of course want to make sure that this is done in a manner that is both fun and engaging. You're completely right too, in that we want children to see this as more of a club or a hobby, rather than an extension of school. I'll be sure to pass on the feedback to the teacher of that lesson and I also hope that you will try us again in the future.
