The earrings are super cute and look just like the online pics. I think it would be helpful to write the weight of the product on the listing though. The weight turned out okay luckily but I was initially worried they’d be too heavy for my ears.

Well of I would have received my package yet all would have been great. I am now still waiting on those earrings for half a year. And I totally payed you guys so I am totally disappointed from your service coco clem. Would have been better I their was any update or info about my earrings not being delivered.

I completely understand your frustration and disappointment.
In case you missed it, I'd like to clarify that your order was for a pre-order item, which had a lead time of 6-10 weeks, as stated in the product title, description, and in multiple production email updates I sent out.
You placed your order on November 30, 2024, meaning your estimated shipping window was between January 11, 2025, and February 8, 2025 with an additional 7 days shipping time for the product to arrive from my manufacturer to our studio (as listed in the email newsletter pre-order production update).
Your package shipped on February 22nd, and you should have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking details- your package is currently in transit. Since this is an international order, transit times can vary and sometimes take longer than expected.
I noticed that you read my first production email update but may have missed my second email, where I explained that there was an unexpected delay, which extended the timeline by one week.
Please check your tracking information, and if your package hasn’t arrived soon or the tracking isn’t updating, feel free to reach out. I can always send a replacement pair! Your pre-order earrings are on their way and should arrive shortly.
