Thank you so much, Liang. This means everything to us. You've been part of our journey as much as we've been part of yours. That's the whole point for us, really, working with chocolate makers who care deeply about quality and origin. your unique flavor profiles are remarkable, and we're honored to be the cacao supplier. Thank you for the partnership and for trusting us.

Thank you for your feedback, Jane. We are sorry to hear the cocoa liquor did not meet your expectations. Acidity levels in single-origin cacao liquor can vary naturally depending on the origin, fermentation profile, and processing, and we always want to make sure our customers have the right product for their specific application. As it is a NATURAL cacao product with minimal processing, you might find the sharper notes than the regular mass produced blends in the market. We take all feedback seriously and would love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will work with you to find the best solution, whether that is an exchange, a recommendation for a different product, or a refund. We appreciate your business and hope to have the chance to exceed your expectations.
