Cobra TradingReviews of cobratrading.com

One of the worst companies to deal with. Their customer service, one of their staffs by the name of Michael, is the most arrogant fellow you will ever encounter. Secondly, they don't offer very good terms for trading. After I closed the account, I moved to Alpaca Markets; they give a very good interest rate for uninvested funds. Cobra charges almost $300 a month for their API trading, and it is very unstable. I am now using Alpaca, and it is given to me for free. With my account size, total saving a month is almost US$500 a month. If I consider the account interest income and the terminal fee + API fee. Also, to highlight, Alpaca Market gives me free Market live and historical data after I put up more than US$100,000 (I moved it from Cobra to Alpaca) with them. Lastly, why pay commission when there are so many brokerages that are giving zero commission nowadays? Urge all customers of Cobra to move over to Alpaca

Empty promises regarding my with-drawals. **Cele~StialDrifts** got involved and changed the situation. I got every penny swiftly.

Cobra Trading is hands down one of the worst brokers I've ever dealt with. And I'm not saying that lightly—I've used plenty. These people operate like their entire business model is built on screwing over retail investors and day traders. That's not an exaggeration. That's just what it feels like after dealing with them. If you're a retail investor or a day trader thinking about signing up—don't. Just don't. Save yourself the stress, the headache, and the hours of your life you'll never get back trying to get someone on the phone who actually gives a damn. Go literally anywhere else. Anywhere. Avoid Cobra Trading at all costs.

very disappointing. they collected nearly £1000 to start the debt chasing, but after a year no result whatsoever. i ended up having to chase it through a search company and the official court route.

What type of broker now a days still makes you print out an application to sign and initial all 17 pages and then you have to rescan it and email it back to them? Caveman... Hello, it's 2021. Get your application process out of the stone ages..
