Coast 2 Coast RelocationReviews of coast2coastmove.com

I recently moved from California to North Carolina with this company, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was told to expect about five days for delivery, and my things actually arrived in just four days. From the moment the crew arrived to pack and load everything, they were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very careful with my belongings and did an amazing job fitting everything securely. They were also very communicative throughout the process. Whenever I had a question, they took the time to explain everything to me clearly, and they never seemed bothered if I needed something explained or repeated. That really meant a lot to me and made the entire experience much less stressful. Everything made it across the country safely with zero damage, which was especially important to me with such a long-distance move. When they arrived in North Carolina, the unloading process was just as smooth. The crew was polite, organized, careful, and got everything unloaded in a timely manner. I also read through the reviews before choosing this company, so I understand that every experience can be different. Personally, I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend giving them a chance and judging the team by the service they provide. They were a very professional, hardworking, and respectful crew. They definitely earned the tip I gave them! 😊 If you’re planning a long-distance move, I would highly recommend this company. I’m very grateful for how smoothly they handled my move all the way from California to North Carolina!

I had a great experience with Coast 2 Coast Moving Company! The whole process was smooth and easy, and the movers were very professional, friendly, and careful with my belongings. They worked quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciate their hard work and how stress-free they made the move for me. very quick and respectful movers and affordable price

I recently moved from California to Texas, and I had an amazing experience with Coast 2 Coast! The entire team was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Moving to another state can be stressful, but they made everything so much easier and smoother. The employees were respectful, hardworking, and always made sure my belongings were handled with care. I truly appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend Coast 2 Coast to anyone planning a long-distance move!

Do not use this company. So predatory. They listed all the furniture we needed moved with an estimate of space and price. Then day of, movers showed up and claimed pieces weren't on the estimate, even though after arguing, they admitted they were on the estimate. Then they said the space estimate was inaccurate and that we needed to pay almost double. We were presented with the choice of walking away from our deposit or paying whatever they said. Save yourself the hassle and don't hire coast to coast.

Horrible customer service chose any one else, they took my money and ran
