Spent 10 months, $18,000. And got nothing from Coalition Technologies. Extremely disorganized, they do very little work. The report they present to me twice a month, shows nothing. All they focus on is creating content using keywords that only robots would use. They look at keyword search volume without thinking if these keywords are search by people in the industry or by customers. Customers do not using technical vocabulary to search for services. Coalition outsource to a bunch of incompetent people or simply scamming people. All the reviews about it being a legit company, I very much doubt it. I would stay as far away from them as possible. The initial meeting was extremely disorganized, that should have been a red flag. Wished I followed my gut feeling and cut my loss with this company. After 10 months, I'm still at position 25. Got to be kidding me.

We understand that not achieving your goal of generating 10-15 new patients per month was frustrating, and while there is important context around that, we never want a client to feel that we fell short of their expectations. That said, we do want to clarify several statements in your review that don't accurately reflect what occurred during the engagement. Throughout the campaign, our team invested substantially more time than what was included in your monthly SEO plan, providing more than twice the allocated hours in an effort to improve performance and fulfill your many stated requests. We saw measurable improvements in keyword visibility during the engagement, reversing an existing decline and increasing the number of keywords ranking on the first page. There was clear positive progress, especially in light of the fact that the site came to us on a downward trend. Regarding our content strategy, SEO requires balancing industry terminology with the language real customers use. Our keyword recommendations were based on search data and intent, not simply technical jargon or "robot" keywords. We always select keyword targets based on what real users are searching for. We also want to directly address the claim that Coalition outsources client work. Our SEO strategists, developers, copywriters, designers, link builders, and technical specialists are ALL full-time Coalition Technologies employees. We want to make it extremely clear that we do not outsource SEO work to freelancers. That is a baseless claim. Finally, your review mentions that we "did very little work." We respectfully disagree. Our team delivered ongoing optimization, technical SEO, content development, reporting, and strategic recommendations throughout the engagement. When concerns were raised, we responded promptly with detailed explanations and proposed solutions, including recommendations to strengthen your Google Business Profile through additional customer reviews, an area where your local competitors currently hold a significant advantage. We genuinely wish your business success and appreciate the opportunity we had to work with you. While we're disappointed we couldn't achieve the growth you were aiming for, we stand behind the professionalism and effort our team invested throughout the engagement.
