Don't waste your money on mom boss
If I could I will give them a 0 star, after struggling with postpartum belly for over a year,I stumbled on coach Riona's ads and was immediately sold out. I bought the program and trust me they were extremely nice until I bought the program. After that there no one won't pick my calls, only text, I finally attend the onboarding to realize after paying $2000 I won't have access to any one on one with Riona. I have to pay extra to talk to her, like what I just paid $2000... Secondly it's advatised as for busy mom, and they specify post postpartum recovery, it's all a lie. I get assigned to a coach, first I can't have a one on one with here either, she will only text and no calls, this is where the busy mom thing get me, never the less I take time to type out my schedule to her I work 2 jobs which means I get home mostly by 10:30pm, I can't attend all these group calls they have, I want something personalized for me,and expert advice but no, all I got from her was she had 3 jobs when she lost her own weight, and how she use to exercise at work, but you don't even know what I do. So I was curious to know how she pulled that off and all she did was based on her schedule not a 9-5 and I forgot she was also breastfeeding at the time so a kind of supper woman, I would have gotten a better answer from an AI rather than pay $ 2000 for this. This is the most painful money I have wasted in my life $2000 doesn't come by easily in this economy. They have a bunch of exercises on their app which is not tailored to any specific need, as one with severe diastasis recti some of those exercises here harmful If you're looking for a community you can go for it, it's not for busy moms, they only care for you until you are signed up

After reviewing your account, it appears our team made several attempts to reach out and offer support throughout your time in the program but unfortunately did not receive responses back. Because of this, we were never made aware that you were experiencing challenges or concerns with the structure of the program, and we were not given the opportunity to adjust your plan or provide additional guidance. Our program includes a coaching team specifically so that members can receive consistent support through messaging, group coaching calls, and the community. Many of our members are working mothers with demanding schedules, so the program is designed with flexible workouts and multiple support channels. While one-on-one calls with me personally are part of our premium coaching tiers, every member is assigned a coach and receives access to the full coaching team. If you were experiencing medical concerns such as diastasis recti, that is something we absolutely would have wanted to know so we could provide appropriate modifications and recommendations. We truly wish we had the opportunity to work through these concerns with you while you were in the program. Our team cares deeply about our clients and we always want to help when we’re aware that someone is struggling.
