Shout out to Antonio today Friday Aug 7th we reserved a 55 passenger bus from another company to take our daycare to Sesame Place in PA and they did not show up. Antonio had a bus at our door within 2 hours. He truly saved us and we’ll forever be his customer. Thank you truly Antonio.

Omg this bus company saved my life!!! I had a daycare trip planned & our original bus never showed up. We called this company & spoke with Antonio & he was AMAZING! He got us a new bus within 2 hours & it was CHEAPER than the original. Thanks to Antonio we didn’t have to disappoint our children. I’m so grateful that we found him. They have a customer for life now!! 🩷🩷

Coach America was a great company to work with. The contact person was very nice and. always sent info immediately and checked back. The drivers were very nice and friendly. They were also patient and kind. Our whole experience was an A+!

From the beginning of planning a religious bus tour, my experience with the representative Leon Goldberg was excellent. We went from South Carolina to NYC fromJuly 6th until the 11th. Goldberg was very quick to respond back to my questions and whenever changes needed to be made it was never a problem. The bus drivers Mr.Johnson and Mr. Drake were very nice and helpful to whatever we needed. The only problem we had was that they did not empty the waste from the bathroom until we were returning back to SC from NY. That to me is a big deal and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 and especially since people sit near the restroom. However, after we returned I informed Mr. Goldberg and he was very apologetic about the issue and wanted to make it right by offering a discount on our next trip. So happy that was our only issue because my friends are still talking about the trip and how much fun we had and can't wait until our next adventure. Definitely, we'll use this bus company again, and especially will request all of the people we had that made the trip enjoyed. Thanks Coach America 😊

Thank you, Dominick! You have been most helpful and responsive via email or by phone. Your customer service skills are top-notch! I worked with Dominick to secure a 56 passenger, charter bus for our graduate students and program director to get to and from Washington, DC. I received feedback from our students that the bus was very clean and that they had a nice trip. Brett was their driver. Again, thank you to Dominick, Brett, and Coach America!

Bus coordination was super easy! Company was attentive, responsive, flexible, and wonderful to work with. Will definitely be booking again!

Coach America has the best and consistent service of transport and can always rely on them. For the last several years we have used Coach America for our Christmas Staff Meeting in Chicago. We always have an evening company teambuilding event and every time I call Dominick Ricigliano to schedule our transporting needs, he delivers with kindness and reassurance. His staff is great, kind, and punctual. All their buses are quality and clean. As a staff meeting coordinator it is priceless that I do not have to worry about any of the transportation process. Thank You Coach America!

on time, clean bus, very safe and responsible driver Fred.
