Thank you for your feedback, Micheal. We are sorry to hear that you have encountered questions on your exam that have not been covered in our practice tests. Our practice questions are not the current questions from the real exam, however, they are based on official exam preparation materials and the official CNA exam questions from past exams. Although the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't make the official CNA tests public, we can confidently say that we know what questions may be asked on the exam and what topics you may be tested on. It's very likely that the questions on the actual exam will be about the same concepts, however, the official test will be worded differently. That is why we do not recommend memorizing the question-answer pairs while doing practice tests, since you need the actual knowledge of the material to pass the test and because your exam questions may be worded differently. Nevertheless, all the material you may encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests. Is there any chance you remember any of the questions from your exam that you did not see in our program? We would really appreciate it if you could send them over to us at [email protected]. We have just sent you instructions on how to access them in a separate email. We are happy to see that you were able to access and pass our exam simulator. As for the pricing, we are a private company that is not affiliated with or funded by the Government. A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining and updating the database of questions on a daily basis, and detailed market research is done before any prices are set. Unfortunately, you bought our 7-day premium which is priced at $37 and I see that my colleague has offered you an upgrade to our 30-day Premium to keep studying, but did not receive a response. Thank you for your feedback, Leia. I am sorry to hear that you did not find our Premium helpful. I checked our system and noticed that you only accessed the Easy section of our Premium (some of which is indeed available for free as samples) and missed the Hard and Hardest sections as well as the exam simulator. Thank you for your feedback, Michele. We are sorry to hear that you were not successful on your test and that you did not feel that our Premium helped you. Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official CNA test, and we regret that we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not shared with anyone; those are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically (even though our customers report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to what they have seen here). Still, all the material you may encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests and is based on the same official resources. That is why it is extremely important to pass all the practice tests before you try the actual exam and according to our system you have only passed 6 of our Practice tests from the Easy section and all of the remaining tests are quite important. We encourage you to keep studying, ace all our practice tests (paying extra attention to our Hard and Hardest sections) and you'll definitely come back to your test provider stronger next time around!
