Thank you for your feedback Jessica. I'm sorry to hear about your test results. Was it the written test or the skills that you did not pass? Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official CNA test, and we regret if we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not shared with anyone; those are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically (even though our customers report that most of the questions on the real test are very similar to what they have seen here). Luckily, this is exactly the case where our Pass Guarantee is here to protect you. If you didn't pass your written test, we are happy to process a refund for you. Please send us a photo/screenshot of your official exam result to [email protected] so that we can start working on your refund.
