Thank you for your feedback, Samenta! We're sorry to hear about your frustration. Our self-service course was available immediately after purchase, and we sent a welcome letter with links to your practice tests, instructions on what to complete, and even a "start practicing now" direct link to you straight away. Our records show that the letter was opened. We also reached out a few days after your purchase to check in but didn't receive a response. Thank you for your feedback regarding the pricing. We're a self-funded company and we price our products based on thorough market research. A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining and updating the database of questions on a daily basis, and Premium version offers multiple advantages over our free sample resources. As we try to cater to different needs and budgets, we offer several Premium packages with various prices some of which are more cost effective than our 7 day crash course. We would like to clarify that our flexible online program is designed to allow participants to access lessons at their convenience without a fixed schedule. Also, upon reviewing our records, we couldn't find any prior purchase or communication under your email address related to a refund request. Our system indicates only one purchase made on December 8th, this leads us to question if perhaps this message and review were intended for a different company? Still, as a professional organization committed to customer satisfaction, we are keen to investigate this matter thoroughly and resolve any possible issues promptly. Thank you for your feedback. When used properly, our system absolutely prepares you for the exam. Our practice questions are not the exact ones from the real exam. Instead, they're based on past official CNA exam questions and study materials. We regularly update questions as rules change, based on many real CNA tests we've seen. While the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't share official CNA tests, we know what questions and topics you might see on the exam. Still, for best results, we strongly encourage clients to successfully pass all our practice tests and marathons to ensure that all the material is covered. I see that you've only passed 5 tests so far. We suggest that you go back to the tests you have not passed and those you have not attempted to increase your passing probability. We also understood from your call that you were advised to try our free sample tests only and you were requesting a refund based on that. Although we understand your situation, we would like to point out that our Premium plan was purchased and our study materials were used extensively, so no refund is possible. However, we'll be happy to help you use your Premium to its fullest to pass that knowledge exam.
