My car was damaged by the company I work for. The insurance company likes to play phone tag when you can't receive calls on your phone. Gave them an inside line to contact me but refused to use it. Lie about sending me all the information to get my car fixed when they never asked for my home address and never sent it to the business had to ask for it to be sent. Customer service on there end doesn't exist at all. Hope I never have to deal with them ever again.

The company audited our business and had an error in their system over billing us by 38,000. I have been in contact with them for over 4 Months to correct this issue. Although they have admitted they are in the wrong, we still have not had any resolution to the matter. All the emails and calls always end up with different agent, so we dont have a point of contact on this issue.

Evil company.

No communication. They promise to send emai.They never do! The call center you cant understand. My mom has paid on a long term health policy for 30 plus years. she will pass before they respond.. Nobody will accept this insurance!

95 y/o mother in assisted living facility. She paid into CNA for long term care insurance since 1999. Processed claim and they keep asking for the same documents over and over to delay their payments. Documents sent by us and documents sent by the LTC facility. Their agent has the nerve to ask us to fax the same documents as last time with her name on it. Then she says that the fax does not come to her??? It goes to other people. We asked why doesn't she get the document from those other people. Can't explain it. CNA doesn't want to pay their obligations and just keeps delaying it hoping the person dies before they have to make a claim payment. Verified by the facility supervisor that these LTC Companies do this frequently. RUN from CNA!!! Don't buy any policy from them. LIARS and Cheats.

ya'll CNA is pretty horrible. Basically, they don't want anyone to be able to make a claim on their long term policy so they make all communications are difficult as possible. They refuse to use email, refuse to answer the phone, they literally have no information about your policy, and you have to prove over and over again that your policy exists and that you have a right to use it. Any excuse to delay will be utilized by CNA. Even established long term care facilities aren't readily approved and CNA just doesn't want to pay. Over and over

This company is horrible. Take your money and run is their policy. My husband passed away in November of 2022 from cancer. It was after being in remission for 10 years. We had over $90,000. In account. Went to claim some of that money and was denied! When he passed they sent me a refund of about $400. Numerous phone calls and just a lot of BS from them about why they are not paying more. Today I get a check in the mail for $100.21 as unclaimed money fill out form to get your check. What an insult! I would also give zero to negative stars if I could. Denise Streiff

I am in month 3 dealing with the mounds of paperwork required….much of which has already been completed and uploaded to their portal by myself as well as the administrator of the nursing center where she now resides. What a joke! My 90 year old mother has paid for LTC insurance for herself and my now deceased step-father for 25 years. My step-father passed away without ever using the policy. Now my mother needs long term care which she thought she had carefully planned out to save her children the cost and headache of paying for LTC. What a complete nightmare this process with them has been. Others who have posted about calling and getting an overseas call center are totally correct. We have received a denial notice and currently have an appeal pending. These people should be ashamed of taking money from elderly people that trust they will be cared for when needed! I’m sure most people just give up especially if they don’t have anyone advocating for them! There is NO way a person needing this kind of care could possible complete all the required documentation they require! I am in the process of finding an Elder Care attorney to fight these crooks!
