Outstanding service in every way! After years of sending food items to siblings & inlaws for holiday gifts, I opted for etched barware. After placing the first order, I realized I forgot to add gift wrap and sent an email. They replied within minutes! For the second or third order, I created my own 4 pack of glasses and asked to ship them gift wrapped as a 4 pack, again, they immediately responded and honored my request. After sending several packages, I received a personal email thanking me for my business. Best service ever!!
