waiting my container with cars already so long.. and every few days it increasing ETA for 2-3 days more, so it already over 30 days more and it still not moving

Selon amazon, j'attendais un colis hier, et 2 aujourd'hui, Livré par Colis Privé, la filliale CMA CGM. Mon adresse est bonne, mon télephone également, mon portail est ouvert, mon portier fonctionne et enregistre les passages. CP m'informe hier qu'ils n'ont pas pu livrer ("besoin d'informations!!"). Aujourd'hui meme problème. Pas possible de les contacter, réclamation faite.. seule possibilté offerte: livraison le 16 au lieu du 11. Et en relais! AMAZON, pourquoi me demander si livraison à domicile si CP n'est plus en capacité de le faire!

After trying to make a booking for 9 months on a portal that does not work we received a rejection notice suggesting the booking party was wrong We received 3 emails in Chinese that made no sense about this and no response when we asked why. A job at CMA must be the absolute best. Get paid to do nothing at all To top it off we then get a no show and cancelled booking We will never ever use CMA even if time and price are competitive

Echt een verschrikkelijk bedrijf, totaal incompetent. THC facturen worden pas verstuurd op het allerlaatste moment (want "we kampen helaas met een achterstand") na een eindeloze stroom e-mails en telefoontjes van onze kant. Na het doorsturen van het betaalbewijs en de inmiddels wanhopige roep om vrijstelling komen ze dan af met "we hebben nog een POA nodig"... Inmiddels loopt de storage freetime dan al en krijg je de containers niet meer op tijd van kaai: de storagefactuur volgt dan verrassend genoeg wèl onmiddelllijk... Pure maffia.

absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs, they sit on their hands when shipments arrive and leave you with extra charges, they should be kicked out of Australia

Awful service, they have delayed empty container return on purpose to collect 3 days demurrage. Our truck was blocked at return gate without any reason whatsoever, they say "compliance problems". Empty container was cleaned and ready to return, "compliance"??

Been awaiting shipping container with our household goods, was supposed to arrive end of August and has been delayed every week by 2 weeks, then a day at every port stop. Disgraceful service, can't use the excuse of shipping delays due to the war as they haven't even left the Aegean. Would not recommend to anyone.

What is the reason? Despite our company being established in 2013 and providing all the necessary documentation, our application for an API account on cma-cgm.com was rejected.
