So I gave it one star because I went up $2000 on this app and tried to cash it out after I’ve already done all the verification stuff and of course there was extra steps that I had to take so I played a little bit waiting for it to go through lost $500. I hit a bonus round and the bonus round didn’t even give me any money. I’ve never had a bonus round where I didn’t make anything except for on this site so I got impatient and kept playing because they’re not letting me cash out and I rolled $1500 without Any type of bonus round or anything if you win on this game, take the amount that you win times it by three and know that you are not going to hit anything until you spend at least that much. When I first started playing with club poker I cashed out $600 from my .50 cents daily. I cashed out no problem, money came super fast within hours. Now I’m cashing out $1000 and I’ve been asked to send pictures of cards use for payment, I did that and have been waiting for a week now for a response. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response . I emailed support with a whole different question and got a response so obviously I’m being ignored. I wouldn’t play here if this is what they do.
