Scammers constantly reset playthrough to try and make you lose money. If you redeem for profit they just cancel it and don't let you withdraw without gambling more.

I paid using Apple Pay on Clubspoker and their support is asking me to upload Apple Card verification PDFS. I did not use an Apple card. I used Apple Pay on a Fidelity credit card. There is no such thing as an Apple Pay statement. Every time I explain this, support copy pastes the same response. Apple Pay will show a different card number to the merchant, so they are seeing (and asking for) a card that does not exist. I've shown them screenshots and videos of the transactions on my app and they are not acknowledging it. After finally processing this, I have received multiple emails cancelling my redemption because my playthrough "did not meet playthrough requirements". I played through my balance AGAIN and received the same email. This time, my redeemable balance showed the same amount (3970) as it did prior to the redemption. They assured me they had fixed this issue after it happened the first time. Either their playthrough tracker is bugged or they are being incredibly dishonest.

This place is a scam and I encourage you to never even waste a single cent or second of your time at this place. The RNG, if they even use one, is completely rigged. An example, on back to back days I hit Aces full on the flop and lost to runner runner quads on the river. While yes, it’s possible, to happen on back to back days is almost improbable. I brought to their attention how there's a specific couple of games that have been mis paying certain line hits and this specific game is one of my favorites. When given proof they all of the sudden want to "amicably" part ways with me after I sign some legal paperwork. I denied their offer to explain what they were offering was most likely only a third of what they owe me and I never got a response and they have kicked/banned me from the site. So now my legal rep has to finish everything. Hope they're ready for the following lawsuits from everyone else that's ever played the game.
