Very quick and helpful Customer Service. Not what I’m used to dealing with on poker sites!

I've had to contact customer support on several occasions! Sometimes it would be a minor issue or like 1 time a very serious issue (banned account)!!! The very serious issue was handled very professionally and after everything was verified that I hadn't broken any rules whatsoever they quickly unbanned my account allowing me to access it to play again! Granted I was a little frustrated knowing I hadn't broken ant rules whatsoever which luckily I had everything I needed to verify so! The customer support was quick to contact me with any information I left out allowing me to reply back with the necessary information they required! After unbanning my account I realized that I couldn't make any purchases at all so I contacted customer support with my issue and they quickly responded asking for screenshots so they could see what the issue was! After I sent all necessary information to them about the issue they quickly resolved the matter for me and contacted me within the next 15-20 minutes letting me know everything should be resolved allowing me to make purchases but should Something still be wrong please don't hesitate to contact us here at customer support! I've always had awesome customer support from Clubs poker and honestly believe them to be 1 of the best if not the best customer support out there! The only issue I would say that they need to work on is when they receive an email about an issue your currently having via a reply to on a previous issue you had cause it doesn't seem like they actually check emails from past issues however there is absolutely a few that do respond back from previous issues if you sent a reply to them about a new issue you're having!

I've had no issues so far with Clubs Poker, and if anything they go above and beyond to make the experience good. They have a VIP program that makes redemptions quick, and I always get responses to inquiries by their support time within a couple hours. Fantastic experience with their whole team, especially Sabrina.

Clubs has truly great customer service reps who get back to you very quickly and the redemptions are extremely quick. Their poker tournaments have a variety of speeds and the smaller fields right now are great for weeknight play. The ring game tables are always going for NLH, but they also have mixed ring and tourney, the fields aren't as big on those yet, but I love being able to play them are running and appreciate building them out this early in the sites existence.
