Yes, when I did make my first redemption ($2,200) they blocked my account and requested additional info (I.e driver’s license and photo of the card used). I provided this info to customer service, who got everything handled within 2-4 hours. Money was received first thing this morning. I would recommend they don’t block your account when doing a redemption because it did seem alarming, but I guess it’s their protocol. Nonetheless, real customer, real experience, walked away with $1,600 of profit from slots.
