DO NOT play on this website. Has happened on 2 separate occasions while playing blackjack where it didn’t take my bet so it made me wait til the next game started BUT it didn’t give me my money back. Do not recommend

I was playing OK. They recommend a purchase of $10 for 20 sc, or so, but the minimum cashout is $100. Decided to play the slots and won a little bit. But, I loaded up another slot, and they have the betting choices inverted. So, instead of my usual 25 cent spin, it spun at 25 dollars. Customer service said they understand, but it is "valid". F'em to h3ll. Aw, and ain't trusspilot so cute? They want the date of occurance. My god is a puttz. Jesus H Christ

Bought a $20 Bonus Buy and received an error message and got kicked back to the lobby. I brought it to supports attention and they insisted that I didn't win anything, and that it was a regular $20 spin that I did, not a Bonus Buy. The kicker? The maximum spin for that particular game is $10. Lol. You'd think something that obvious and cut and dry would be a slam dunk, however even after bringing that to their attention, with documentation, they still insisted it was a regular spin, and I was owed nothing. Cool. If they had said I just didn't win anything that's fine, I know these bonus buys are by no means a guarantee. But to tell me I did a regular $20 spin, which is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE, and THEN stand by it, is crazy. Too bad. Fun site and other than this particular case, always had great support. Don't know what changed. 👎🏾

Scam site. Glitched when I was mid bonus. When I was pumping money in, no problem. Hit a bonus, all the sudden Glitch. 250 spins at multiple denomination. The one bonus i hit, server error. I have a hard wired 5g internet connection. Scam site. Do not play this app.

This place, Clubs, is rotten. Regardless of how their poker is, I wouldn't know. I've only played their casino, which is fine for slots, but roulette & other live games are extremely glitchy. That's not why I'm reviewing & not why they deserve 0 stars. I've never received an unauthorized charge in my life until moments after my 2nd Clubs Poker redemption. Two $0.00 authentication visa provisioning charges, not worrisome. Then a minute later, less than 10 after my redemption & two authentication charges, $1.40 to AMZN digital, to the card I used to redeem, which is not my Amazon card. I've just reached out to both Amazon & my bank. Will have to get a new card, all because I redeemed on Clubs & now they're making small fraudulent charges via Amazon with said card. I've taken screenshots & of course receive notifications for stuff like this. It's definitely Clubs, & I'll be making BBB complaint after this. Look out for unauthorized charges, anyone who thinks this place is reputable. I've been paid before & defended them because I was paid in February. Only my 2nd time playing at Clubs & immediately start getting fraudulent charges minutes after redemption. Place cannot be trusted, clearly. I don't care if most have had good experiences. I too had no issues until around 90 minutes ago. It's a certainty, someone there is committing thievery, & I hope my bank & Amazon will be able to track them considering I know exactly who did it. Obviously, paid or not, I won't be returning.

Truly the worst place to play poker. It is the softest set of poker players iv ever come across which normally should be amazing but the RNG that is used is just horrendous. I understand there are tons of bad beats especially online because your seeing 10X the amount of hands than you would live, but this site is beyond words. If you want good sites with good RNG’s I would recommended global poker , and WPTGOLD. Stay far away from this garbage

I love the positive reviews here about clubs poker, im sure its not employees leaving them🙄😂 How the hell does this site get a 4.5 rating?? It's the most obviously rigged site of all the poker sites. 90% of hands or more are action hands with 3-4 players hitting flops... that doesn't happen in real cards. I don't mean people are in the hand trying to steal or outplay, I mean they all get big parts of it... for example....one guy gets a set, one guy gets top pair with the flush draw, one guy flops 2 pair, one guy has an open ender st flush draw... and that happens nearly every hand... not in reality. And the slots are dead. I've played the same slot with my bonus every day for the last couple month and have barely even won more than the bonus (20 cents) I've played the Le Cowboy at 5 cents a spin... not saying I should win huge, but seriously. 2 months. Every day. Never got above 25cents. Lame site. The worst poker site.
