Another worthless casino, their free spins and bonus offers are completely worthless. You will not be able to cash them out, they want the player to activate multiple bonuses and or mix funds so that they have an excuse not to pay out. I’m surprised they the score is 1.5. It should be just 1, since it can’t go any lower than that. I took an offer for free 30 spins and was incredibly lucky to end up winning $500. I would have been happy to be able to cash out $100 of it. They told me I can play through and when it is less than $5 and I make a deposit. I can keep my winnings then. This is how generous this casino is. You just can’t find kindness like this in any casino.

Worst experience ever. I used their 250% No rules bonus. There is supposed to be no playthrough and no minimum withdrawal. No rules means they don't follow the rule or no rules applies to them. I was lied to multiple times by this company. I was not able to get my birthday spins due to the fact that I had a withdraw pending. Which has been pending since the middle of March. My birthday was March 21. I was submitting forms to get it approved for two weeks prior to that. If they say expect Your money on a certain day. Just know that that is completely a Lie. Even if you message them on the very last day before something is to be approved, they will let you know that they’re sorry, but it’s gonna be another 48 to 72 hours before they will get back to you in order to fix it. Then you have to repeat this process Just to have them send the money to your wallet. Which they will also not do in the amount of time that they said. And you’ll have to wait another 48 to 72 hours before they can even get back to you about fixing it. Now once they do, send it, you now have to wait for your wallet provider to approve it and then you will finally be able to get your money. Now I am still waiting for my money so I cannot actually say whether or not it. I am not gonna hold my breath, however I am trying to be as hopeful as possible, and I am a pretty patient person but if you have any brain cells at all, then you will not trust this company and stay far away from them unless you have a lot of time to spare when it comes to getting your money, returned to you through the withdrawal process that they offer. Trying to cash out winnings. First why can't I cash out my winnings to accounts of my preference instead of having to open up an account through coinbase transfer my funds into that one. Why do I have to put a payment option in there why do I have to make a payment. Why do I click on talk to a live agent does it do nothing. I've been trying to withdraw my winnings for the last several hours with nothing but obstacles and nonsense what a waste of my time

If I could go lower I would. They claim it’s instant withdrawal. It has been 18 days since they initially told me my documents weren’t valid. 7 times of resubmitting the exact same copies I finally got it approved for withdrawal. Well now it says 7-10 business days. So my instant withdrawal was actually closer to a month. They constantly bombard you with predatory “coupons” that require insane and high deposits just to activate. Their slot selection is not even the worst part but wow it is unsatisfying and most of them look like they were made in the 90s. The icing on the cake has to be the customer support. Chuck Sutton was frequently abrasive and dismissive and downright rude directly to a paying customer.
