I had a great experience with Club Cannon’s customer service. I noticed my hose connections were starting to rust, which was my own fault for not taking better care of them. Without me even asking, a rep offered to have me send back the hoses so they could put brand new connections on them, and the only cost to me was shipping. It’s not every day you find a company that helps out like that. Definitely appreciated their support and willingness to go the extra mile.
