Club 1 Hotels, LLC.Reviews of club1hotels.com

After joining this website Club1hotels I was blocked after making a booking. I had to repeat complaints as to why I was blocked and the answer was ridiculous and had no signature. Who answered? The anonymous answerer ignores that Chile is a neighboor country of Argentina.

Would not honor the price match guarantee. Use a more reputable travel company.

Scammer. Run off with my money and then called the hotel and told them I paid with a stolen credit card. He is also not licensed to be a travel agent for Holiday Inn.

Club 1 hotels is a scam. They issued a voucher for a luxury hotel, that wasn't recognized by the hotel. I spent hours at phone on the other side of the world, and it was a total disaster. No assistance, no refund. Avoid it. I follow up the answer given by Club1 hotels for informing they are affirming the false. Rate was with half board, and the hotel didn't recognized. Club1 hotels ensured ensured they would refund us, and they never did. The worst, they totally disappeared... but they have time to reply here. I am proceeding with my American express platinum to block the amount and sue them.

SCAM I booked a stay with HB at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi in may 2023. At check in hotel reservation was for BB, so I had to pay again for meals. I immediately contacted memberservices Reservation 39333-39363 Guest service is terrible, they promised the refund but simply vanished. After more than 60 days I'm still waiting for the refund, and I'n not getting any news by them Avoid

I made a reservation 2 months ahead of time then I had to cancel 2 days after I made it because I am going in the hospital and I was told that was impossible because I checked some red box which I did not and even if I did that's insane 2 months ahead of reservation and they can not cancel it's a bait and switch I wonder if they will even show awful review go elsewhere this is not a good place for reservations of any kind stay away Barbara

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake. They were all posted within 3 day period.

No encuentro ninguna opción que tenga mejor precio que otro sitio web. Nada bueno
