Hi John, thank you for your words of wisdom! First off, you were unable to login as you failed to complete your membership registration! There are two simple steps and you failed miserably… Fake Reviews????? John, we are truly disappointed in your lack of reading comprehension! Never, ever would we offer incentives to members for favorable reviews! We offer members incentives to members to leave factual reviews NO WHERE do we ever state reviews have to be favorable, we appreciate honest feedback!!! Toll free number…. Dude seriously???? Who doesn’t have free long distance on their cell phone? John welcome to 2023!!! We respond with lightning speed to all text messages and emails. John, the bottom line is you were never a member because you weren’t capable of completing a simple two step registration process. Also we do not need your expert tutelage! Mariano, We have once again confirmed that the Hotel charged our suppliers virtual card for the room and tax for the dates of your friend's stay June 14-17 and that your friend was NOT charged for the room and tax that was prepaid. Additionally, I see you left 2 other great reviews, what happened? In the future its best to contact Member Services if you have any questions per your booking.

Hello Ignacio, We are quite surprised by your review given we have been in constant communication with you and provided you this evidence from our credit card processor that both of your refunds were successfully processed. We have recommended that you contact American Express to identify why one of them has not posted to your account. You previously advised us via text that Amex had reversed one of your credits, and we advised you that is not something we can assist with and that you need to speak with Amex. We purposely communicate in writing so that there is a record of all communication which prevents misunderstandings and false claims. You can view the transactions information here: https://bit.ly/c1hproof You are incorrect. As the image shows, there are 2 charges and 2 refunds which equals NET ZERO $. If Amex did not post your refund, you need to contact Amex directly as we do not have the funds.

Gaston, we know that you are upset that we terminated your account as a result of fraudulent activity. Our terms and conditions are quite clear that we reserve the right to terminate a member for violations of membership including fraudulent activity. Now you are posting a fraudulent review, at least your conduct is consistent!
