I have been using club Cleo face machine for years. I have always found the staff very helpful and I have ordered replacement leads and got them very quickly. I put aloe Vera gel on each pad and they stick great.

I've seen the other reviews on here and am shocked at the things these people are saying, so just had to share my experience. I've been a customer of Cleo for about 30 years 🙈 and they've always been wonderful to deal with, when you speak to them on the phone (which most companies don't anymore) they treat you like a friend and demonstrate great care - nothing is ever too much trouble. Their products are outstanding, and have made such a difference in my life, so thank you Cleo - credit where credit's due, you deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

If you purchased ice skates and could not replace blades, as in purchasing a cleo facial exerciser and can not replace the main part to achieve the aim of the product, this is my problem with Cleo i now give up using the equipment so very dissatisfied thequipment for

I got a cleo facial exercise toner for my birthday. The actual system would of been ok if it wasn't for the pads not sticking on and dropping off all the time. I contacted customer service and the man someone called Chris that I dealt with was very abrupt and unhelpful infact when I sent off my cleo to be fixed it came back with dirt all over the pads so could not use them again.

Not a good company to deal with customer service not good !! Poor quality item Badly fit neck massager !!

This review is for the Cleo Q facial toning system, The Price of this system is not Cheap, £299 for a System that's not Fit For Purpose!!
