Prompt shipping, products worked as expected. They have a variety of cool items but a good number of them seem to be sold out! A shame, I'd buy more if it were in stock. I'm glad there are retailers out there with the extremely specific niche interest of mine to have a smart but cloud-free home, haha.

Fast response to both questions and order adjustments & shipped out same day. Will use again.

Absolutely fantastic service! I've purchased several things from CloudFree now. Two S31 smart plugs flashed with Tasmota, two S31 smart plugs flashed with ESPHome, a Zooz 800 Z-Wave Outdoor Double Plug, and a Zooz 800 Z-Wave Long Range USB stick. I started with the Tasmota S31's and they have been rock solid for years, so I decided to get some Zwave and the ESPHome S31s to control Christmas decor through Home Assistant. After the Christmas season, I unplugged one of the ESPHome S31's and put it on a shelf. Couple days ago I plugged it back in and it's got a constant blue blinking light. Quick Google tells me it's having issues connecting to wifi, so it may have forgotten my network settings. I reached out to CloudFree after hours and the next day I get a message saying they'll ship me a replacement and send me a return label for the borked one. I told Aidan about how my Tasmota ones had been rock solid and if I could swap for one of those, which he approved without any heartache. As someone who wants to have local control over my smart devices but doesn't want to solder and flash firmware, I love CloudFree. Absolutely incredible customer service and honestly, more responsive than I would have expected from a small business who I imagine is very busy. I will be going to them again no question.

Ordered a Zigbee Ethernet PoE Adapter. It was almost half the price of Amazon. Fast shipping and it's exactly what I needed. Thanks!
