Initial calls to sales reps were answered with uninspired workers who had attitude and didn't seem to want to be there. Tech support is better when answering. The music available leaves a lot to be desired. There may be restrictions on the artists or songs they can play, but they don't want to tell you any specifics, as an email I sent about this came back with a vague answer and the follow-up email was ignored. Many channels of music available, but after previewing "Today's Hits", my teenage kids that listen to music all the time didn't know half of them. But the service works and is not expensive. Perhaps a service that costs a little more will give you more popular music. Hard to ever know.

Music quality and selection are superb, But music streaming has been disrupted once in a while. I had experienced couple of dropping music within a week. I am using my cell phone and 3.5mm connector to the Amp for music.

I'd prefer more blended stations with 1000+ songs, but have mostly gotten the same effect by adding additional stations to a mix station. I worry a little that holiday (even with a lot of stations) will repeat far too often.

Nice selection

This is so much better than Pandora business. It is about $10 cheaper/month too! The ONLY downside is that I don't seem to be able to create a station. Eg. I love The Who, would like to be able to have a station based on that, vs. having to choose one of the various classic rock stations.

We love the music selection, the variety, the ease of using the platform. Our connection drops once in a while and we have to restart the music and I'm not sure why this happens but overall we are happy with the service.

Our patients are enjoying have music in the waiting room.
