Poor Selection
I don’t think the music selection is all that great or up to date. Lots of obscure music that people haven’t heard of. Its about 1:5 on good songs to unheard of.

Customer Service is good, but music is limited
We invested in this for 2 locations and 15 zones which means we are spending A LOT to keep our clients happy. The selection of music seems very limited. There is no nature sounds but we are a Spa and that is one of our top requests. The customer service is really great! The fact that for all the money it doesn't stream offline without you purchasing an additional box is frustrating as well.

Not enough asian songs, and app crashs
Not enough asian songs, and app will stop working after play a certain period of time.

Decent Legal Options for Churches
We were searching for a legal way to play pre/post music at our church. This has some options but they are limited, no religious holiday list! Wish it showed time of the current song and coming next.

Nice Company..Poor Music Catalog
We've been using CloudCover for over three years. Unfortunately, their music library is sparse and doesn't get updated effectively. We've reached out to them and even supplied them with an extensive list of artists we'd like to see added to the genre of music we play in our restaurant. Although they seemed responsive in their email correspondence, we've not seen any improvements. Hopefully, that will change. When that happens, so will our rating.

I wish there was a way to make a play…
I wish there was a way to make a play list or choose artists rather than just genres. If you stay with a certain genre for example "soft rock", the same songs play over and over. You can give a thumbs down, but that's about the only way to influence what plays.
