Pandora CloudCoverReviews of cloudcovermusic.com

From start to finish the team at Cloud Cover Music have been amazing to work with. They were able to answer questions that my team and I had regarding account setup and billing, genre of music, setting up mix stations, dayparting / scheduling and creating / uploading / scheduling messages to be played mall wide! My most recent experience was requesting that a certain genre include more variety of artists. The communication was more than I expected and they did put in a request with the music division. Thank you to the awesome team at Cloud Cover Music for helping us with our needs!

Great service.

I have Cloud Cover in my small retail shop. I’m really enjoying it! I love that we can change the genre during the day. I’m very happy with it!

good customer service

Service has been great. Glad our company switched to Cloud Cover

We have researched many streaming music services for our businesses. With Cloud Cover the music selection is great, there are dozens of stations. You can mix stations to create your own unique station. But the game changer and what sealed the deal for us was the personalized messaging. We take our radio ads and add them into our streaming music in our store. It was easy to set up and we can adjust so many things about it. Great service, highly recommend!

Surprisingly, there is some repetition on certain songs within the same station. I.E., it would seem that there is enough material out there to go several days without repeat.

Great Service! This is a really great option for a licensed music service to play in our business. Not to mention it is significantly less expensive than some competitors and I love the wide span of music options. I installed the Cloud Cover App to our Tablet, connected it to a transmitter and it plays on a schedule throughout our store to radio's. It has been so hard to find the right set up and Cloud Cover is great! They offer their own music device as well.
