The service is really user friendly and there is a great variety of music selections. My favorite is the responsiveness of the customer service team. Everyone I've talked with has been extremely helpful and focused on solving any issues I incurred quickly.

Truly Set and Forget
So far, the music stations and blends have been a perfect set it and forget it solution for our Cafe/Coffee Shop! Integrated perfectly with the Sonos system already installed.

Hello Cloud Cover and good-bye Muzak
For us the switch from Muzak to Cloud Cover was log overdue. Service was excellent (sometimes a little over whelming, I was getting emails from several different entities) Online Support when I was a little unsure during box installation was great. Phone support was also very good and helpful during my "operator error" moments. Supper easy system to use from my phone or office computer with lots of music to choose from. TV
