It's a great service, but for the amount of money per month, for the top tier, I would expect, at least some voice over production included. Other wise I like the service. I just wish I could, listen to what's playing in my store on my phone.

I'm trying for the second time to use your service. It's great in so many ways. The service gives me great variety and the right controls as a store manager/owner. I need my staff to have only "volume control" and "next track" for when a trak is not appropriate for the moment.

The music selection was not great. We had to thumbs down many songs. Felt like there was an overwhelming amount of techno on playlists you would not except them. Customer service was excellent and always quick to respond.

The software is much less intuitive to use than Spotify. Also Cloud Cover logs out often.

You cannot search or choose a station by artist like on pandora.

I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.

Music variety is almost too good as in you rarely hear the popular songs you wanna hear from each genre/station. Songs don't seem to be normalized. There was a Prince song playing that was super soft and could barely hear it, then the next song was so loud I had to turn it down. The song after that was back to quite and could barely hear it. Very annoying and if it keeps up I'll look elsewhere for commercial music.

We find that the music mixes incorporate a lot mysteriously unknown music. The service sprinkles in a few more common artists but the overall feel is that the mix is now well assembled.
