There is no phone call help service
There is no phone call help service. I have cloud box from last week but was not able to play a single song.I called 3 times left a message but no prompt response.

Did not like cloud cover
Did not like cloud cover. Always shutting off on my iPad even though app. I will be canceling this service ASAP and returning the cloudbox device.

The music selections and varying artist…
The music selections and varying artist selection makes the music feel very odd at times. Plays up beat then plays slow music that just doesn't fit.

Got a cloudbox
Got a cloudbox, but not enough supplies, not enough instructions, so not in operations for weeks, so far. Bitter taste...

Will Not Recommend
I chose this service because it was mandatory from our company. Not so impressive so far. Very poor station selections, not much variety of music, and very expensive compare to Youtube or Pandora. I have to keep this service because we were forced to use this but there are many FREE music services are better than this.

Regarding the pricing, your subscription includes special licensing specifically for businesses and is not for consumer-use, like YouTube or Pandora would be (which would be set at a lower rate).
