Very happy with services

I hired them to do a video for my scaffolding company and I try not to be critical but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The initial scrip was terrible - probably something they got in a minute from chatgpt so i ended up writing it. They used barber and grocery photos for a construction scaffolding video which had nothing to do with anything. When I asked them to revise and correct the issues they'd send the same stuff back. After a few rounds of that I gave up and asked for my money back because of the "satisfaction guarantee" but refused to refund it. Spare yourself the time, frustration and money and find another company.

the most professional place for any video animation project they make a project a walk on the park

Joseph and his team are terrific. They're on it every day. Highly recommend.

We required a loop video for our homepage and three engaging explainer videos for both our website and pitch deck. We experienced excellent communication from Cloud Animations throughout and are pleased with the high quality results. Our initial coordination with Ryan was excellent. He was responsive, listened to our needs and structured a compelling offering. Our account manager Joseph was also very responsive making for excellent communication throughout the process. He provided good suggestions but always took our input seriously ensuring we took the lead on the direction and final product. The animation, music selection and voiceover talent was all of high quality. We had to make a few revisions due to minor errors in production or voiceover. However, they always responded quickly and delivered a professional product. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend using their services. - Excellent communication - Quick turnaround time - Provided quality creative ideas and feedback - Good storytelling skills - High quality animation, music selection and voiceover talent - Great value for the price

The animation manager was very cordial and would try their best to accomplish the instructions I put forth.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Cloud Animations. Damon was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. He kept me informed constantly with the progress and worked with me seamlessly. Every detail of the video was discussed and coordinated with the animators, Damon and myself. They were persistent on making sure I was 100% satisfied and pleased with the end result. Definitely recommend using Cloud Animations to everyone, as I will be using them for sure on my next project. Much Thanks on a great job.

I am still working with them on a project we had to table. I am asking them to honor the amount we paid, so I will keep yall posted! Overall very impressed with their professionalism.
