Took a long time but I guess everything does these days and one of the 2 masks I ordered was broken on the nose bridge.

Delivery took a long time, masks get foggy and the plastic over the mouth is very wrinkly making it hard for others to see it clearly. Not ideal for use in childcare.

I order a size medium dress but recieved a small but its to much of a hassle to send it back.

We just received our masks - 6 weeks after ordering them. The web site indicated that the masks had been manufactured and were awaiting shipment for 4 weeks, so certainly was suspicious, but they really did finally arrive. We ordered 5 masks. 4 of the masks had nicely finished edge; the other mask was cut cleanly but the edge was unfinished. Products are otherwise fine. Giving 3 star review because of the very slow service and the 5th mask.

I also had the experience of ordering but then not receiving anything, and the whole website is not working...i.e. unable to track package with tracking number and unable to submit query to company through the "Customer service" page. E-mails have gone unanswered. Does this company even really exist? I wish to make a very public retraction of my poor review from earlier this week. I went back to the company website and found a place to post a direct query about the order. The web site does need some work as again it seemed not to want to post the query when I hit send. Eventually I gave up. However, the next day I had a response to the query which explained that the order had been shipped but that transit times in shipping were apparently being delayed due to heavy demand. I wrote back that I appreciated an answer, especially since my e-mail was never acknowledged. (Same routine with the post appearing not to send followed.) Yesterday I got a response to that note, saying that the e-mails were going to the administative division and taking time to be sorted through and answered. The upshot is that I did receive the order today, and it is quite satisfactory, with good quality masks in the styles and colors I ordered. So I wanted to amend the review to show that the company has some glitches, especially in their web site setup, but they do exist, their products are fine, and they are not a rip-off as I feared. I have upgraded the ranking to 3 stars because of the mixed experience with communication.
