Right item, wrong color
Hi, I ordered 4 BLUE facemasks and got 4 GREEN facemasks. Not earthshattering, but also not correct. I will not return them because I need them now.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I placed the order on the 21st July it arrived on the 9th August. This maybe Covid related. The face masks I ordered are transparent, to enable a person to see what is being said, as well as hearing the spoken words. I have found they steam up very quickly therefore, defeating the object.However, the concept is a good idea.

Took a long time to arrive. Also I ordered the butterfly design and was sent something very different so rather disappointing

Delivery Time
There was a long time between ordering and delivery. In that interval I had to purchase masks from elsewhere. The quality of the received masks is as described do I am not disappointed with them. Because of the delay in delivery I expect it to happen each time do I won't be ordering again. The courier's Hermes,are NOT the most efficient to speed things up maybe use a different courier.
