Well, I am not sure if I can fairly rate them just yet. With that said I ordered back in May and have yet to receive my products that I paid $90 plus for. The costumer service however has been decent. They do respond to me and I am told my products are still in holding. So...…. idk. I will update as soon or if I even get my product. Bad quality, very cheap tissue, doesn't look like the picture at all.

I ordered a dress at 16.march and still waiting it... They told me it takes time because of the corona virus :/ but its weird to believe :(

Staff are very friendly and good service to a point, but their refund policy is terrible. The item when it arrived was tiny and not the size guidelines given online!! I paid £22.14 in total with shipping costs and £5.35 to return.. All I was refunded was £17.48! Not happy as it was their error and won't buy from again!
