I ordered a bandana/"mask" and It's been over a month and a half and all they will do is say "wait". ""We will contact the shipping agent". They gave me a tracking number that doesn't track. This company is in China...that's where their stuff ships from. BEWARE! Customer service is virtually non-existant. They have my money but I have no product and no explanation. This company is a fraud!

I ordered masks over 1 month ago. supposedly sitting in california customs. If I don't hear back from them (& I've sent 2 emails), it's going to be a chargeback. What a shame. Nice pics, but no product received and so far, no communications. Scam? I hope not, but ...... no product yet. Update.......Never received the masks - had to do a chargeback with the bank after 6 weeks. They gave me a USPS tracking # that says "waiting for item".

I ordered 3 mask when I found out that they were coming from overseas I cancelled my order the same day. They claimed they refunded me my money every since May 29, 2020, and keep sending me emails all hours of the night and I can tell by the poor spelling in the email they are full of it. I have not gotten my money back nor have I gotten any products. I believe these people are scammers and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. There is no phone to contact anyone and all you are doing is wasting time back and forth saying they refunded the money with no proof at all. I am tired of them. I believe these people are stealing people money and not even sending out the product they claim.

I ordered 3 masks on 5/18 and still havent recieved them. Just found out they were shipped yesterday. If I had know they were coming from China I never would have placed the order. I will wait and see what happens.

Awful. Apparently my order is "waiting to be packaged as of May 3", well over a month ago. No order confirmation, no way to contact them. They are a sham, and I'm going to try and get a refund through my bank card. The "good" orders on here seem to be written by the same few people.
