So far I have had the same experience as some of the other reviewers. I ordered a handful of different face masks two months ago. The "tracking" shows them sitting at the Los Angeles airport customs processing center, but the tracking is also out of sync! It shows the package being "picked up" in Inglewood, CA five days prior to the shipment leaving China and six days prior to it arriving in Los Angeles. When I tracked it through the USPS site all it showed was that it was picked up in Inglewood by a "Shipping Partner" but not yet transferred to the USPS. This was nearly a month ago. The "Shipping Partner," incidentally, was identified as Pitney Bowes! Pitney Bowes??!! Aren't they office supply people?! All I can say is Buyer Beware!

I placed an order from this company on May 7, 2020. They have been completely dishonest as far as tracking and shipping. When I contacted the company to ask about my tracking information they said I would get the tracking number in a few days which 10 days later I still have not received. When I contacted the company again they basically told me to be patient or I could cancel my order if I didn't want to wait. I asked to cancel my order to which they responded that they couldn't cancel it because it had already been shipped. They then gave me tracking information for a parcel company based in China. The tracking information showed that my order had been received several days prior to my request to cancel. That was on May 19, today is June 16 and I still do not have my order. Fortunately I order it through PayPal and have since made a dispute and seeking reimbursement. Upon checking the status of my order through this bogus company in China it continues to say in route. I would not purchase from this company again, I believe they are dishonest and have very shady business practices. I would like to add that upon placing your order you have no way of knowing that this company is based in China. It is not until after your order is placed and you question tracking that you find out where it's being shipped from! 7/1/20 Update: I finally received my order about a week ago, I ordered three mask and one shirt. The masks were what was expected however one mask strap broke the first time I put it on. The other two masks are great and have not broken. The shirt I ordered is what I expected and I like the fit and style. That being said, considering how long my order took and the customer service I received I would not order from this company again.

I too ordered in early May (13th), received a "shipped" notice on May 27. Today is June 16 and I have not received any of the items in my $150 order. I followed the shipping tracking link, and apparently my order has also been at California customs since late May. I'm not buying it, have sent the company an email. I will check back in if the order arrives. Update: I recently received the following incoherent reply from Clothmyths.com support regarding my order: Fri, Jun 19, 12:21 AM (11 days ago) HI, sorry due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the logistics companies are very busy and some orders may take slightly longer to arrive，please waiting some days patiently ） The new shipping information will be updated by shipping company when they arrived at your country..Please wait a little more days to check it again. niki It's now been nearly two months since placing my $150 order. I will wait until July 13 (two full months) for the order to arrive. Then I will move forward with contacting my credit card company and any appropriate authorities to lodge an official complaint to ensure no one else gets ripped off.

Don't order from this company! I order a mask over a month ago and not received anything. Shipment status has stop on on May 16th . Also my Debit card was compromise after ordering from this company. They are a scam!

Still waiting for my mask ordered more than a month ago. Feels like a SCAM to me.

I ordered face coverings but now I wish I hadn't. I didn't realize their products are shipped from China. There is no way to know this before placing your order, then your tracking info shows your order is in a warehouse in China. Dishonest!
