I ordered face masks may 10 & still have not received them. I tried to cancel but they shipped my order anyway. They cleared customs on June 4 & they are still not here it’s is July 12th. Never again. I tried to cancel them again today but I’m sure it’s useless, I’m sure returning them would take just as long if they didn’t mysteriously get lost in transit.

I placed an order at the end of May. The order has been “awaiting pick up” in California since 06/05/2020. I was supposed to get the order within 2-3 weeks of placing it. Almost two months later, here we are and I still haven’t received the shipment. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they ended up giving me a full refund after they concluded their investigation. I wish I could attach a picture of the tracking information for the package that is just “awaiting pick up”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This has been a horrible experience. Do not order from them. They are in china n i had no clue. It's been over two months and I still did not get my order nor have I received any response. The chat don't work and no contact from emailing them. Horrible fraud site. I now need to open a dispute to try and get my money back. Update: after about 3 months and no refund my package came. It was NOT worth the wait. Masks are made of cheap polyester material which i could have just cut from some old scarf n do myself. Horrible n gross misrepresentation of items. Do NOT purchase anything from them. A useless fraud. Omggggggggggg. The worst experience everrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

SEEMS BY ALL SITES WHEN NOT FAKE REVIEWS THEY HAVE STOPPED THE DELIVERY PART OF SALES....not caring about much after money received. They did not even ship for a few weeks and now months later blame the failure to deliver on everything - especially Covid. They refuse to refund on grounds of "...we only refund when the product is returned...". # months - and lots of excuses..it (may be) stuck in customs - for a month???? Which only means it was not cleared for something on their shipment. Now even their shipping agent can't update...but they keep on sayin WAIT.....not sure for what. Ordered in May July 4 stuff....now useless. That they continue to solicit business and payments daily through all that time - knowing that they can't deliver is a good indication of why you should avoid ordering. That they insisted on charging insurance at purchase....and won't even address a "claim" - (take choice of reasons).....yet another. If it ain't a scam, not sure how else to define it. I ordered Mask too, just like the other guy, and just like he said 2 MONTHS, and NOTHING!!! I just called my credit card company and disputed the charges. Order masks April 4th, 2020 and received June 30th, ONLY after they received notice from my bank of dispute. Just like other guy, said arrived Lax June 1st, took a month to ship to Florida! Sent the Masks back they are CHEAP CHINA JUNK!!! Not Worth 2 cents! Don't Believe these Great Reviews! They are probably written by the Clothmyths. I'll Never Order ANYTHING from these Sorry Chinese!

7/12/20 UPDATE - Masks were finally received after I posted the negative review below. Some masks are child-sized. A few masks are good quality, but most are not nearly the quality of masks I purchased from other US online vendors for lower prices. I do not recommend Clothmyths - buyer beware. I ordered/paid May 18, 2020. Masks not received as of July 11, 2020. Company is in Cyprus per my Bank (FX translation fee was charged). Clothmyths email dated 6/10/20 stated that order was shipped. Clothmyths.com tracking showed shipment from Ghangzou, China on 6/10/20 and arrival at Los Angeles, CA Customers on 6/11/20. I checked tracking # on USPS site. Per USPS, shipment was sitting at a partner location in Inglewood, CA on 5/28/20. Clothmyths quit responding to my emails when I requested refund/cancellation and pointed out that the USPS tracking # did not match Clothmyths 6/10/20 email with shipping info. They did, however, add a line on their website after my 6/20/20 email reiterating USPS tracking info from my email (5/27/20 18-22-2 in Inglewood, CA Item pick up by shipping partner – USPS Awaiting Item). If USPS tracking # is correct, shipment is sitting at Pitney Bowes (USPS Partner location) in Brisbane, CA as of 6/26/20. How can it take 3+ weeks to ship less than 400 miles from Southern California to Northern California? Tracking # indicates that shipment has not been moved from Pitney Bowes to USPS as of 7/1/20. NOTE THAT ABOUT 3 POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE POSTED TO EACH NEGATIVE REVIEW. POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE WORKS LIKE; FANTASTIC SERVICE , FABULOUS DRESS, STUNNING, BEAUTIFUL, EXCELLENT, LUXURIOUS, FASHIONABLE, GOOD SERVICE, AMAZING, EASY, SAVE, WONDERFUL, AWESOME, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible quality after waiting 5 weeks for them. Poor fit, cheaply made: no way they will keep me or those around me safe. Save your money. Just donate directly to Animal Rescue or Greater Good.

Ordering and taking my money was the only thing that was fast. 8 weeks later, yes eight weeks later still no masks. Ordered over 80 dollars worth of nothing. You people suck. Never again buying on line. Wonder why US hates China. Here is your sign!
