Very slow delivery , and the mask is very poorly made the filters supplied do not fit into the pocket on the back, when you try to fit it it distortes the mask rendering it useless.

I am from Mexico city, I have placed my order 3 months ago and it has not arrived. I have contacted customer assistance and they do not give me a solution, they tell me to ask of my order at the nearest post office, but Mexico is a big city and around my house there are more than 9 different companies that are dedicated to package, and customer service only tell me I´m sorry to hear that and its all.

I purchased some tops from the UK a month ago which was stated 3-5 days for delivery. Perhaps they need to configure which countries are applicable to this type of delivery as I am still awaiting my order on the 25th July 2020 and now 11th August. Immediately after my order I received this automated message... We appreciate you purchased from our website. After waiting three weeks I am still unsure what Item was out of stock... My dear beautiful ladies please do not purchase from the UK as after 1 week of my order being processed an item was sold out (which was available online) this was 16 days after my online order and I stupidly thought this was coming from America which actually comes from China... I have no idea if I will be refunded the money or when I will likely to receive my order. We all need to make business work through these tough times but seriously... China!!! Please be careful which country you are buying from before hitting the submit key!! If I'm wrong and I receive some of my order and it fits without being 3 sizes smaller I'll keep y'all posted :)

This is an absolute scam!!! They never sent my products, and after over two months I was refunded for my products but not for the shipping fee (which was about half of the total). The only answer about extensive correspondence was that "this was their policy"

These are the worse masks I have ever seen...I can't imagine anyone wearing them...

I am very disappointed iin the product. In the photos, it appeared to me that the mouth and eye covering were clear, but only the mouth is. When looking through the eye shield, it has a foggy appearance. And NO, it is NOT MY BREATH! When I breath, my breath does fog it a little, which makes it even more "cloudy".
