So i had to pay for shipping to return a item that i never wore and tried to say i left stains on back of shorts looked like period stauns and i dont have those i couldn't get them over my butt so i removed them, packaged and had to pay for shipping, go to ups store which dont give you receipts for their items, it was too far anywhere else plus i have health issues can barely walk

I placed an order for about $65 never received the package. They refuse to give me refund. Poor customer service phone doesn’t work. unless you lucky enough to get a respond back by email them.

I bought a bunch of items from them. My first and second time ordering, my orders arrived and the quality were okay for the most part. Once the pants were so short, I think they were made for little people. The last (third) time I ordered, my order never arrived. Wasted over $100. I emailed them and they never responded. Come to find out they changed their name to ClothingUnder10.com (from 10DollarMall.com). When I emailed them to ask them what happened, they did not respond. Shameful! I'd save my money and not bother with this company.

Terrible Service never will I waste my time again dealing with them buyer beware!!!! Also I found out from someone that they post fake reviews to make them look good.

I ordered about $100 worth of clothing on a Wednesday, a week and a half went by so I felt inclined to send them an email asking why my order was still pending... They told me that I needed to submit a document proving that I wasn't fraudulent (after I already paid for the order). I asked for them to send me the document in which they replied by canceling my order. It was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. I'm not usually one to post reviews but I got particularly screwed by this BS company so I hope you don't give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. Their poor ratings are for a purpose. Find somewhere else to buy clothes.

Please dont waste your money. Placed an order on may 27 and its June 30th and still have not yet recieved my order. Only to go to my account and see that there is a store credit for $19.96. I emailed the store telling them that I don't need store credit for I don't plan on shopping with them anymore and no one respond. Customer service is bad. The phone number on their website does not work. I wont recommend this store. Save your money and escape the headache. I need FULL REFUND on both orders. So disappointed!

Got my package after 10 days, none of the clothes had any tags, some of them looked like used clothes. Waste of time and money.
