Scam alert they are big scammers they don’t pay to restaurants they skip payments anyone doing business with them please check your last 3 to 4 years of payments. They are big fraud

I used Clorder to order takeout from a local Indian food restaurant. The food was great as usual, but the dessert ordered was not included in the order. I called the Clorder phone number several times to report the issue and inquire about a price adjustment, but only received a recording to leave a message and yet NEVER received a follow-up response. Nothing....just cricket sounds. Not the type of customer service one should expect from any company in any industry.

We tried to order from Grandma's Thai restaurant. The online website was slow and never completed the order. We then were charger by Clorder for the order and the restaurant never received the order. The Clorder customer service phone number on the receipt went to some non Clorder automated system and voicemail.

I have been with them since 2020 and realize they have been skipping a lot of payments. Since I caught that I called and was nice about it. They said they will fix that which they did pay me for the last year only after going back and forward with them for four months. Now they don’t answer my calls because they still owe me a lot of money. Don’t go with them pay bigger fee and get your money daily.

This is a bogus website. They take orders and payment for local restaurants but they never pay the restaurant. Total scam!
