paid via Instagram shop / paypal .. no confirmation anything no goods .. no way to contact. SCAM

Placed order over a month ago and still no pants. Try to contact a person and only get an auto response or botchat saying order is on the way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Order placed on July 22, 2023. It is now September 1st and I STILL have NOT received my order. As soon as I found out that the order/items would be shipping from China I tried to CANCEL the order. At the time of my request, I had not yet received an Order Confirmation OR Order Processed Confirmation so I reached out to the seller to cancel. They gave some generic excuse as a response. They could not provide an Order Confirmation OR Order Processed Confirmation, much less shipping information. Luckily, I completed the transaction through Paypal, where I was able to report the problem and contest the charges. The case is still OPEN and under review. So, I say again: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERING FROM SHEIN.

I ordered pants from their website. Delivery is overpriced and still after 20days and emails in between company doesn’t know when will I receive my goods as they have problems with logistic. Quite disappointing, would not recommend anybody

Very disappointed, avoid this company! Initially overcharged by $9 due to a 'system error' and promised a refund within 3-7 days which never arrived. Refused to accept my dissatisfaction at the quality and standard of the product when it arrived. Refused to provide a return address although I was well within the time stipulated. Offered $3 as compensation on a $41 order. This company's customer service is a joke so DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with this company!

Very disappointed, even though they offer 30 days risk free guarantee, 100% satisfaction & zero risk they continue to stuff me around, offering $5us refund on a $47.14 purchase saying return postage at my expense would be too much. Do not trust this company
