Either they ship the wrong part or I selected the wrong part. Email correspondence requested photos of the clock motor and I also sent a sketch drawing with dimensions for the overall shaft length and the thread length. Despite sending this to several email addresses that were included in previous correspondence, they did not answer back. And then they have a no refund policy, so I lost $25 but more importantly they don't service their product. I simply wanted to solve my problem the money wasn't the main issue. This company appears not to be serious about staying in business. I would strongly advise not conducting visits with them.

They sent the wrong item, and will not fix it. Customer service is terrible.

I could have drove there 10 times for the amount of time it took to ship and then they did not ship everything but the invoice said they did. Took way to long for a refund as well wanted pictures of the missing item lol can't make this stuff up. Found the same item through another supplier cheaper Ronell clock co.

Similar experience to many here. I'm building my own clock business, and liked ClockParts' bulk discounts. I placed a nearly-$300 order, and virtually as soon as I hit "Purchase" I realized I'd made a mistake with it. I immediately emailed their support, and "Heather" assured me they'd sort it out. After that first email... crickets. I tried to follow up several times, but got no more reply. And then when the order arrived a week or so later, I found they hadn't sent everything I'd paid for. I didn't even bother trying their so-called customer service at this point. Never again. Go to Norkro or Klockit instead.

This place shouldn't be in business. I ordered 10 clock movement washers with thin outer diameters. Two weeks pass with no updates then I received the wrong order of large od washers. Emailed them and she replied qute bluntly "We sent you the right ones because we only have one size." Not true. Their website shows several sizes. I even took screenshots of their own webpages to prove it and sent them in a second email. I never heard back from them. My advice: Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered self correcting clock movements back in December. The movements arrived, but with the wrong directions - the directions for setup referred to a clock with a digital display - mine didn't have a display. I contacted CS twice about setup (how does the movement know what time/zone its in?) ; got the same BS and no meaningful answer to my question either time. Another sign in the rapid deterioration of customer service - this is a particularly bad example.

Customer service did not respond to my email. I was very upset since I had just moved and was trying to get them to send the order to the new address. Found a phone number, was just a message and hung up. Now I see the reviews and wonder why a family owned business is run so badly? I finally got a refund but I caution anyone who buys from a business without a phone number.

Terrible customer service. Would not return calls or respond to emails. I had been promised a partial credit on a return, for which approval was supposedly sent to their billing department, however, my refund never came and I wrote numerous emails to a particular "customer service representative", by NAME, and she never responded. I called many times, and NO ONE ever answers the phone, nor returns calls. Very disappointed in the company. It's not the money any longer, it's the simple lack of courtesy and honorability. I would be ashamed if this were my company. Disgraceful! Don't order from this company!!
