Their invoice information is trash. You can't even see which card was used for the payment. When getting in touch with support, they can't give you this information as they "don't have records" of that. David from the support team even lied to me that a certain card was used, which I can most certainly say it's not.

Good software, good service, we loved it

Easy to use and have been able to receive refunds from Google in the past 30 days that would cover my account cost for the year so that’s been good.

I have been using Clixtell for over six months now. I started with 1 client who we strongly suspected was having issues with competitor click fraud. After connecting Clixtell, this confirmed our suspicions and we set up the correct blocking. As a small agency we quickly decided to connect all of our accounts. We had a couple of issues connecting one account. They responded very quickly to our request for support and helped resolve the issue the same day, so I would definitely recommend them.
