I was a bit annoyed with what happened regarding the migration. An email would have solved a lot of confusion and issues. BUT, the support team solved the issue within 2 days of notification. Thank you! Looking forward to working with CLIXLO again.

With my current product package I don't get instant support, so if you are looking for a review on how fast you get support I can't give a review for that. It doesn't pertain. Knowing, that support isn't always going to be instant, when the system is working, the support has been great. They will get back to you, and if you don't understand the answer to your question they are happy to continue to work with you to get an answer that makes sense.

A big thank you to Mike and the team at Clixlo. I have loved using the platform with so many services included. I noticed on Monday my sites were down and I couldn't log in. I contacted Clixlo and am happy to be up and running again. I can log back in. They have advised me I may have to reconnect my domains. With such a lot of support videos, I am sure I will have this done in no time. Thank you for your help.
