I like the price for the product. The User interface does not let you scroll through all elements and is blocked by the bottom of your desktop monitor. The support is mainly ai but the I do not know if they are constantly updating it or not. For that reason it offers a lot of perks but the UI needs work to even use the elements in Clixlo

Hi, I paid £497 for the lifetime scale plan but can no longer access the system. I enter my email and password and then it sends a loginOTP which i enter in the boxes provided but nothing happens. I hope my investment is safe as for me that is alot of money.

Super disappointed with their support…I bought their lifetime deal and accepted the limitations on what would otherwise be silly to give unlimited use of eg sms, calls etc. i didn’t appreciate thought that the lifetime deal gets virtually no support. So whilst you get the functionality of the full system, if you have a need for support you get what they call level 1 support which is barely a human, and after 5 days of waiting to get help to hook up email to my crm, I am going to have to move to another crm. I fully expected to be able to use clixlo to run email campaigns but with out the support to get it happening it is virtually useless. Note my initial experience with support was extraordinary and referred many people to clixlo. PS If any one from clixlo see this - I will give you the weekend to come to help.
