I am updating my review for Clixlo because I have now had longer to experience this product. First, the platform is unreliable. I have not been able to access it for three days now. The login page just continues to display even when you authenticate, it never directs you to the dashboard. It literally just keeps showing the login, so I have been unable for the past three days. There has been no communciation from Clixlo providig any explanation or even an apology. If you make money from your websites, funnels, etc., thent his is not the platform for you because you cannot rely on it and it is unavailable. The platform goes down randomly and like I mentioned, Clixlo makes no announcement or communication or tell you when it will be back up. This is just unacceptable. In addition, the customer support sucks. The only option to reach support is their "chat", which is never live and is just a glorified email. I brought the log-in page issue to their attention three days ago, and you guessed it.....I have not heard back from them. I contacted them again today, but I ain't holding my breath. So I can't make any money from my sites and funnels until they decide they get enough complaints I guess or collect enough of peoples money and then shut down over night and disappear. Be aware, this is either a scam or its the worst run company in existence. Don't make the mistake I made by giving money to this company, just don't.

Low quality interface, very slow website builder, looks to be a copy/paste CRM of many other CRM’s. I was lured in by their Facebook advertising claiming they replaced all these major platforms like Click Funnels etc, but to be completely honest…they don’t even hold a torch to click funnels. Don’t invest.

I am extremely disappointed with Clixlo for course set up and landing page. Their support is unavailable most hours, they have no proper documentation or digital support. Although their site notes 100s of tutorial videos, there is no way to access them. Their chat support suggests hiring a VA support, minimum $150 purchase to get answers to what should in theory should be be simple, basic set ups. Do yourself a favour and use Shopify or any other LMS if you're creating courses.

Update after Clixlo responded to this review: In true Clixlo form, they replied to this review stating they couldn’t find me as a customer! Read the review I gave and you will understand how much of a joke this is! Yes, Clixlo, you are right - if you even read the review, you will see why. There you have it guys - the EXACT customer service you can expect from this company. They don’t read the complaints, the questions, or anything else that is put in front of them that you might need help with. RUN! ——- Yikes! I would run. Clixlo advertised to me on Facebook and looked awesome when I watched the demo. I had a few more questions and asked through their website chat function. Someone from the Clixlo team was assigned to help me. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I asked for this person's supervisor and they gave me an email. I emailed Mike my concerns. He read the email multiple times and then never responded. If this is the type of customer service you get even before buying the software, what do you get afterward? We will continue to look for a different provider for our needs.

Support is terrible and I can’t even describe how annoying their constant up sells are. Also recently found out that they used to be called ‘Clixli’ and scammed a bunch of people. There is even a Facebook group with some of the people that got scammed who are seeking legal help. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
