Hi Rachelle, We already give an incredible deal on our lifetime deal vs competitors who charge $297 per month or $3500 per year. Most would agree that isnt greedy. And likely that is very reason your trying to come over from GHL to save the $97 or $297 per month and get the lifetime deal. We charge $97 one-time for snapshot transfer as it takes staff time to do it for you and communicate back and forth to ensure its done. And we would love to help. You chose to CONTINUALLY verbally berate and abuse our support staff and use code to hack our software which is a violation of our TOS. We explained this you and the account owner and were forced to delete your account and refund you in full as you were in violation of our TOS. This is the only reason you wrote this negative review.
